Don Cox
Don has been a member of Immanuel for his entire life, and been baptized, confirmed and married at Immanuel. He has served in various roles from usher to choir to treasurer and is currently the head elder. Don has BS and MBA degrees from Portland State University, is a retired CPA and spent the majority of his career (34 years) as the chief accounting professional at Metro, the Portland areas’s regional government. He has also been an instructor at PSU and Concordia. He is married to Lynne and has three sons and six grandkids. Beyond his roles at Immanuel, he is a diehard Timbers supporter, Trailblazer, Winterhawk and Minnesota Viking fan – and his hobby is his family’s geneology.
